If you add a business listing, you confirm that:

you own the business or are authorised to list it;
the details you provide (name, description, phone, email, address, website) are accurate and kept up to date;
the business, products and services are legal and described honestly.

Listing details are shown publicly on the website. We may review, edit, refuse or remove any listing at our discretion, for example if it is inaccurate, misleading or breaks these terms. A listing on PTFBuzz is not an endorsement, and we do not guarantee that every listing has been verified.

3. Reviews and comments

Reviews should describe your own genuine experience. Do not post fake, paid or competitor reviews, and do not post content that is abusive, defamatory, hateful or unlawful. Reviews reflect the opinions of their authors, not ours. We may remove any review or comment that breaks these terms.

4. Articles and other content you submit

When you submit an article, listing, review or any other content, you confirm that:

it is your own work, or you have permission to share it;
it does not infringe anyone’s copyright, privacy or other rights;
it is not unlawful, offensive or misleading.

You keep ownership of your content. By submitting it, you give PTFBuzz a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, format and distribute it on and in connection with the website. We may moderate, edit for formatting, or remove content at any time.
